Join our Virtual Diabetes Peer Support Group!

Diabetes care can be very challenging to manage emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're struggling with your diabetes it can be hard to manage it alone. Our support group may be just what you need to move forward with your health whether you are newly diagnosed or had diabetes for many years.

When: Session 0 (Introduction of the program) June 25th, 2024 & July 2nd, 2024 @ 5pm to 6pm
